The Icon was founded by two media stalwarts Rahul Kishore and Neha Nehra . We felt given the explosion of social media, newer jobs larger pay packets, there was a need to improve the quality of human resource available. Employees had the required degrees , but they still needed to hone their skills in keeping with changing times at the workplace .They were being exposed to foreign collaborators and counterparts constantly, and while their foreign counterparts were exposed to changing trends we suffered due to lack of exposure to foreign best training methods and modules .It is in keeping with this and to help employees develop their full potential, we decided to launch Icon consulting .

The Team
Neha is a visionary, passionate and an avant-garde entrepreneur, spurred by a 12 year corporate career in Media, marketing and the IT Industry she has worked across multiple industries, including MNCs, SMEs, ministries and top universities. She is a founder of her Media/Marketing company ‘Taurus Infomedia Pvt Ltd’, which is doing well in its sphere of business for the last 6 years.
While working with these corporates she realised that each person was unique and was beyond a classification or type. This led her to do become an Image consultant after doing her advanced course from London. Thereafter in 2018 she founded ‘The Icon’ along with her business partner, Rahul, a company which has been delivering trainings and consulting across genres.
The Icon, has since then been changing people’s life through a complete Image makeover, which is not just styling people, but goes deep into encouraging their personal growth, raising their sense of belonging to their own self and promoting their well being, both through private and corporate trainings. The Icon, has also tied up with International companies to provide world class, unparalleled trainings across industries and categories.
